As a small and busy team we may not always be able to be the quickest, but what we lack in speed, we make up for in results. We take great pride in what we do here and you can be sure that we don't make great quality equipment just to skimp on packaging materials and have it smash during delivery. We will always try to get your order out as quickly as possible using the best (and often recycled) packaging available to us.

Shipping

All orders shipping to mainland UK (as defined by Parcelforce) have free of charge shipping option available.

More often than not we're shipping products made of glass. You don't have to worry about it (that's our job). We take our business very seriously and accept full responsibility for getting your order to you in one piece. We successfully ship this equipment all over world and take great pride in our low breakage rates. If anything happens to your order (which is very rare, for the record) then just let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take you through our stress-free resolution process and replace the broken part(s). 

Delivery times are 3-5 days unless otherwise stated and we use Parcelforce as our courier.

Express delivery is sent on a Parcelforce 24hr service.

For overseas customers, we can't send small, glass equipment like this to you (this is different for commercial clients). However, you're more than welcome to arrange collection of your own order from us. We will happily assist your courier or shipping agent.

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order as long as we are told of the issue within 48 hours. After that time we can apply small administrative charges. You can return your product for a credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be unbroken and be returned in the original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Notify us at sales@rhinotechsystems.com to inform us of the issue and get an R.M.A. form. 
  2. Return shipping will be payable by you, the buyer, unless Rhinotech have made a mistake resulting in a fault. Then we will assume full responsibility for the return of the faulty part.
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us including all information provided.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 working days and replacements will be provided within 5 days (availability pending).
  • Lost orders (as defined by our courier) will be replaced at the expense of Rhinotech within 7-10 days of the ticket being opened.
  • Liabilities (including loss of earnings) are addressed in section 9 of ours and section 6.3 of our courier's T&C's.
