You'll see that we use the word Philosophy more than the average company. When Rhinotech Systems was founded, it was a decision that was made with ideas and feelings first. The water treatment industry has always been a bit removed from traditional buying landscape. There's nothing glamourous about anything we sell and as such, there's a certain mundane attitude that comes with both selling and buying of such functional pieces of equipment. If something works and you need it then the basics of a trading relationship is established but nothing else.

Where we wanted to change this was in the philosophy part of the business. We set out to be completely and continually dedicated to the quality and endurance of all of our products. It's nothing new to say that but we were thinking that by adopting an attitude of simplicity and filtering that through everything, from the way we source and manufacture equipment to how we train our staff and conduct business, that it would offer a fresh take on how most of the industry works, if our clients want to deal with us like that. 

Ultimately, we'd like to supply the best quality equipment at fair prices and have people trust that they're buying a product that they can leave halfway across the country and not worry about getting a call back a couple of weeks later when it fails. On top of that, by staying up to date with new products and manufacturing techniques, we'll be able to continually supply and support the best products available at the time. We're happy to leave the cheap stuff alone (there are lots of people that can sell you that already) and be deliberate in our decision making, holding true to our essential character. 

We only make water treatment equipment.

We say no to everything else.
