Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge
These white-top activated Carbon filter cartridges* are the standard, non-disposable filter replacements for ours, and industry standard filter housings. They're used mainly to remove taste and odour from supplies with an issue but they can be used for lots of other reasons as well. We usually recommend them as needed, so contact us if you're unsure if you need one.
These options are all sold in singles and tend to last between 6 months and a year (depending on the quality of the water passing through them) before they need changing. They don't have a micron rating as they depend on contact time but will trap anything larger than around 5µ. Because of that, we recommend protecting these with a standard sediment filter as they're more expensive than a sediment filter and last a bit longer.
*The red top variants use a different grade of Carbon and are used for Chloramine and heavy metal reduction

Delivery times are 3-5 days unless otherwise stated and we use Parcelforce as our courier (not everyone will take glass items). Call us for alternative delivery options.
Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order as long as we are told of the issue within 48 hours. After that time we can apply small administrative charges. You can return your product for a credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be unbroken and be returned in the original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Notify us at sales@rhinotechsystems.com to inform us of the issue and get an R.M.A. form.
- Return shipping will be payable by you, the buyer, unless Rhinotech have made a mistake resulting in a fault. Then we will assume full responsibility for the return of the faulty part.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us including all information provided.
Additional Information:
- Refunds will be processed within 2 working days and replacements will be provided within 5 days (availability pending).
- Lost orders will be replaced at the expense of Rhinotech within 7-10 days.
