Sterilight S463RL UV Lamp replacement
The Sterilight S463RL UV lamp from Viqua is a 17W lamp that fits the Viqua S5QPA and SSM24 UV systems. The Viqua S463RL UV lamp replacement is one of our most popular lamps and we're more than happy to help with installation and any other general questions for the Viqua S5QPA UV unit.
Please note that you'll only receive the parts in the option you select to buy (so you won't get a quartz sleeve included if you choose "lamp only" for the Sterilight S463RL). Also, a single Sterilight QS-463 quartz sleeve including the O-ring kit is included in orders for that part. Images where 2 quartz sleeves are shown are just to show both ends of the product.
Viqua S463RL UV lamps contain Mercury, so need to be disposed of at your local recycling centre. For any more help and advice feel free to contact us. Please note that the manufacturer used to make the original UV lamps under the branding R-Can UV lamps or Sterilume UV lamps. Please note that this is not a genuine OEM replacement part, just a high quality alternative. That means that they could come with both green or white end connections depending on our manufacturing process.

Delivery times are 3-5 days unless otherwise stated and we use Parcelforce as our courier (not everyone will take glass items). Call us for alternative delivery options.
Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order as long as we are told of the issue within 48 hours. After that time we can apply small administrative charges. You can return your product for a credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be unbroken and be returned in the original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Notify us at sales@rhinotechsystems.com to inform us of the issue and get an R.M.A. form.
- Return shipping will be payable by you, the buyer, unless Rhinotech have made a mistake resulting in a fault. Then we will assume full responsibility for the return of the faulty part.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us including all information provided.
Additional Information:
- Refunds will be processed within 2 working days and replacements will be provided within 5 days (availability pending).
- Lost orders will be replaced at the expense of Rhinotech within 7-10 days.
